Stefanie Weintraub, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with toddlers, children,
adolescents, and parents. I believe that every individual can thrive when given the appropriate
space, time, attention, and understanding needed to meet their unique needs. I'm deeply
committed to helping you and your child live a brighter and more fulfilling life. I specialize in
working with children and adolescents with special needs, social emotional difficulties,
behavioral challenges, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. In addition to working individually with
children, I also work with parents and caregivers to support challenging behaviors in the home,
such as tantrums, bedtime refusal, and sibling rivalry. I have worked in classrooms settings
helping children who have difficulty initiating and sustaining peer interactions, forming
friendships, and following classroom routines. My experience allows me to understand the best
ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner.

I am a licensed social worker with experience working with toddlers, children, adolescents, and parents. I strive to offer an individualized approach to each child and family’s unique needs and I view my role with families as an equal team member with parents tackling the difficulties of raising a child. I believe in being the patient, understanding, and honest adult for children I didn’t know I needed when I was young myself. With an undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development, I have previously worked in community and private practice therapy, in addition to therapeutic preschool settings with young children with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs. I specialize in working with toddlers and children with special needs, developmental disorders, social emotional difficulties, behavioral challenges, autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also work with parents, caregivers, and teachers to best support each child in a variety of settings, including tackling tantrums, bedtime refusal, separation anxiety, emotional regulation, flexibility, following rules, and social skills. I am passionate about working with children and families to enhance daily life with tools to succeed, leading to a more harmonious unit.
Clinical interests: behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, anxiety, separation anxiety, social skills, parenting work, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, and depression.

I am a licensed social worker with experience working with children and adolescents. I work with children individually and in group settings. I support children who struggle with social
skills, anxiety, depression, and forming and maintaining friendships. I have also taught a social
emotional curriculum in a classroom setting. Additionally, I have experience working with
individuals with special needs. I believe in building on the child’s individual strengths and
potential while providing them with the support and tools they need in order to succeed. An
